Service Pricing & Packages

Sunshine Detailing & Services provides professional car wash and detailing services at prices listed on-site and on our website. Only the services included in the selected package will be performed unless additional services are requested and paid for separately.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must remove all personal belongings, valuables, and loose items from their vehicles prior to service. Sunshine Detailing & Services is not responsible for lost, damaged, or missing personal items.

Areas such as center armrest storage and glove compartments will not be cleaned if personal belongings are present.

For safety reasons, car seats and booster seats must be removed by the customer before service. If left in the vehicle, cleaning will be performed around them, and complete satisfaction in those areas cannot be guaranteed.

Vehicle Condition & Additional Charges

Sunshine Detailing & Services reserves the right to apply additional charges based on vehicle size, condition, or level of contamination.

A minimum surcharge of 25% will apply to vehicles with excessive pet hair, urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.

While every effort is made to remove pet hair and sand, complete removal is not guaranteed.

Stains, Odors & Interior Materials

We aim to remove stains and odors to the best of our ability; however, some upholstery, carpets, and materials may have permanent damage. Full stain or odor removal is not guaranteed.

Hidden or pre-existing damage not visible prior to service is not the responsibility of Sunshine Detailing & Services.

Photography & Marketing

Photos or videos of serviced vehicles may be taken and used for website, social media, advertising, or promotional purposes.

Odor Elimination Services

Odor elimination is a separate service and may be recommended after inspection. Pricing will be discussed prior to service.

Windows & Interior Components

Windows may develop a temporary film after cleaning due to temperature changes. Customers may remove this film using a microfiber towel once the vehicle has cooled.

Sunshine Detailing & Services is not responsible for damage to heavily soiled, worn, or compromised interior components, including buttons, knobs, dials, or electronic controls.

Engine Bay & Specialty Cleaning

Engine bay cleaning is available upon request for an additional charge. Sunshine Detailing & Services is not responsible for mechanical or electrical issues that may occur after engine bay, sunroof, or specialty cleaning.

Headliner Cleaning

Headliners are cleaned gently. Some stains may remain. Aggressive cleaning may cause sagging due to adhesive release. Sunshine Detailing & Services is not responsible for sagging or cosmetic changes resulting from headliner cleaning.

Wheels, Trim & Exterior Materials

Brake dust and wheel contamination may not be fully removable. Some wheels or trim may require repair or replacement.

Exterior trim restoration may not fully restore original color or texture.

Bird droppings, sap, tar, and bug residue may chemically etch paint if left untreated and may require additional services.

Wax, Sealants & Coatings

The durability of waxes, sealants, and coatings depends on proper maintenance. Improper care may reduce effectiveness or void warranties.

Customer Safety

Customers must remain in designated waiting areas and maintain a safe distance from work zones for safety purposes.

No Refund Policy & Rain Check

All sales are final once services are performed. No refunds are issued.

A 48-hour rain check is available with proof of payment.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle before leaving. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours.

Liability Limitations

Sunshine Detailing & Services is not responsible for damage to:

  • Loose or aftermarket parts
  • Racks, antennas, or accessories
  • Pre-existing vehicle conditions
  • Vehicles with clearance, size, or age limitations
  • Water leaks due to unsecured doors, windows, or sunroofs
  • Automated vehicle systems

Damage claims must be reported before leaving the premises. Claims will be reviewed within 14 calendar days. Repairs require written approval prior to work.

Updates to Terms

Sunshine Detailing & Services reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will be available on our website.

Electronic Communications

By using our services, customers consent to receive electronic communications related to billing, agreements, updates, and notices. Consent may be withdrawn by contacting us directly.

Unlimited Wash Club Membership

The Unlimited Wash Club is a monthly recurring membership for personal use only.

Memberships are:

  • Non-transferable
  • Limited to one vehicle
  • Automatically billed monthly

Cancellations require 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle. No refunds or credits are issued for partial periods.

Membership pricing, features, and availability may change with notice posted on-site.

Sunshine Detailing & Services reserves the right to suspend or cancel memberships due to declined payments or violations of these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By requesting or paying for services, you acknowledge and agree to all Terms & Conditions listed above.
